Are you interested in working or finding an apprenticeship?

Have you finished school or college and looking for the next step?

Traineeships are ideal for 16 to 24 year olds who are not currently in education, employment or training and are looking for support to find their idea career path and become ‘work ready’.

Traineeships are based around three key areas:

  • A high quality, practical work placement giving you meaningful work experience and workplace skills
  • Work preparation which will include working towards an Employability Skills qualification
  • Improving your Maths and English skills

The traineeship has various start dates and can last up to 6 months as you may find an apprenticeship or employment during the programme.

With the course being less than 16 hours per week any benefits you may receive should not be affected.

We work closely with all our trainees by providing tutorials on a personal basis to make sure the support you receive is right for you.

We appreciate that each person is unique and that our traineeships are tailored for students with different levels of experience and ability, our aim is to increase your opportunities for progressing into employment or continuing your studies.
