Future Food – Local Ambition – Thursday 18th October, 6 – 9.30pm

Whilst Cheshire is known for its dairy production, there are also many farms that raise fruits and vegetables, and animal products of all kinds.  Cheshire has an extensive network across the region of expert food enterprises, producing and supplying food to supermarkets, farmers markets and other outlets. Cheshire farmers and producers are dedicated to stewardship and committed to quality. There is a growing demand to marry up consumers that value fresh, local and seasonal food and the regional working landscape.

Reaseheath Zoo – 20th and 21st October, 10am – 4pm

Reaseheath Zoo is a small sized animal collection in the heart of Reaseheath College, Nantwich. We are home to over 180 species of animals including Brazilian Tapir, Meerkats, Savu Island Pythons Birds of Prey and many more.

Floristry Taster Session – Saturday 20th October, 10.45am – 12.00pm

These taster sessions are ideal for people who have no floristry experience, they are tailored for the absolute beginner who enjoys the magic of flowers. During the session you will have opportunity to discuss with your tutor the range of courses available to you, whether you’re a school leaver looking for a new profession, for those considering a career change or indeed as a leisure pursuit.
