Student Profile
Lily Moreland

Ambition: Physiotherapist / personal trainer

School: Sir John Talbot’s Technology College, Whitchurch

Age: 16

A multi talented athlete, Lily feels that her course delivers just the right balance between academic and sport training.

Centre back for our women’s football team, which plays successfully in the North West Colleges League, Lily is working towards her Football Association coaching qualifications and is looking forward to a ten day placement coaching young people in South Africa in 2015. This opportunity was organised through our sports department and has been taken up by a number of students.

Apart from football, Lily takes part in many sports as part of her course and joins fellow students in our high tech gym for modules on fitness training and testing, and specific sports training.

She also enjoys her studies in the classroom, finding that coursework suits her better than doing final exams.

Lily says: “Reaseheath stood out for me because it has great grounds and facilities. The staff are lovely and I’ve been motivated to take up so many different opportunities.”
