Student ID Cards

If you are a Residential student in catered accommodation, your ID Card will be loaded termly with your meal allowance, for use in the College catering outlets.

Non- residential students who receive Free College Meals will have a daily allowance of £2.50 credited to their cards, which can also be used in the College catering outlets.

All students, residential and non-residential can load money onto their card by the following methods –

  • With cash using the loading machine in the main Canteen
  • Online – create an account using the registration link sent to your email address by Ways 2 Pay, contact Student Finance if you haven’t received this.

Student ID cards are also used to access the College printers and copiers.  Your card will be pre-loaded with a credit amount, further funds can be added via the machines located in the Library, IT Centre and HE Centre.
