We are currently offering a Level 3 Certificate in Environmental Sustainability – fully funded if you are aged 19 or over with no Level 3’s or equivalent (A Level/Advanced Technical Certificate) qualifications.

19+ Learners

Level 3 Advanced Technical Extended Diploma in Forestry and Arboriculture

This is a great course if you’re thinking of branching out into the forestry and arboriculture industry.

You’ll benefit from working with industry experienced tutors and focus on key areas including tree science, woodland management, forestry and tree care.

This industry relevant course is based at Reaseheath and combines theory sessions with off -site projects and work experience on other estates including some belonging to the Forestry Commission.

Beekeeping

Would you like to spend a day learning the science of beekeeping with a master beekeeper?

On our one-day introductory beekeeping course, you will learn about the life cycle of the honeybee, the equipment needed for beekeeping, how to avoid beestings, and how, when, and where to set up a hive.

You will also gain practical experience of handling bees in a hive.

There are no entry requirements to join this one-day course running from 10am – 4pm; just a keen interest in beekeeping is needed!

The course, which costs £95, will take place at our beehives on our beautiful campus and in one of our agricultural classrooms.

Introduction to flower and plant drawing and painting
