Level 3 Advanced Technical Extended Diploma in Forestry and Arboriculture

This is a great course if you’re thinking of branching out into the forestry and arboriculture industry.

You’ll benefit from working with industry experienced tutors and focus on key areas including tree science, woodland management, forestry and tree care.

This industry relevant course is based at Reaseheath and combines theory sessions with off -site projects and work experience on other estates including some belonging to the Forestry Commission.

Level 3 Extended Diploma in Business with Events and Tourism

Want to learn how to co-ordinate and manage a whole host of events? Through a variety of project-based tasks on and off campus, you’ll see first-hand what it takes to plan, organise and manage major events and shows.

There will be plenty of opportunities to test out your entrepreneurial and organisational skills, including planning and running your own event at Reaseheath and helping at international events.

Level 3 Diploma Professional Bakery 

This course will appeal to those who are serious about a career within the patisserie or bakery sector. You will learn relevant skills and bakery methodology working in our industry standard commercial Food Centre.

A work placement with one of our industry partners and the option to complete further certificates in HACCP and risk assessment will greatly enhance your employment prospects.

Level 3 Advanced Technical Extended Diploma in

Agricultural Engineering

This technician level course is perfect for people who have a passion for engineering.

The course has been specially developed to provide you with the technical skills and practical experience to become a multi-skilled engineer capable of influencing engineering in the future.

You have the option of studying over two or three years, with the three year sandwich course including a year’s relevant work placement.

Level 3 Extended Diploma

Construction and the Built Environment

This two year course will give you the underpinning knowledge and basic skills needed to work across a wide range of areas within the construction industry.

You’ll develop key skills in design, analysis and evaluation as well as study topics including surveying, setting out, estimating, construction design and health and safety.

You’ll explore the economic, social and environmental impact that the built environment has on individuals and communities, as well as look at the different demands made upon land use over time and the activities which shape, develop and influence the built environment.

This advanced level 3 diploma will enable you to fully understand how the construction sector works from the inside out.
