Our service is includes opportunities to advertise your apprenticeship vacancies through multiple media platforms. Applications can be processed by Reaseheath Apprenticeships or sent direct to you the employer.
Recruitment of new Staff
A dedicated business development team with many years of experience working with recruitment of apprentices – so you’re in good company. We offer a service to screen all applications for your vacancies and offer assessment centres to measure functional skills & attitude. Assessment centres can be held either at Reaseheath College or in the Workplace (on request).
Upskill Existing Work Force
Apprenticeships are a great way to upskill your current team, identify talent and create standardisation. Reaseheath Apprenticeships offers an organisational needs analysis and will work with you to create a bespoke programme that mirrors your future business objectives. Assessment centres can be held in the work place to minimise disruption to your business.
What is an assessment centre?
All apprentices prior to learning will undertake BKSB assessments in Math & English. We use the results of these assessments to highlight support requirements that apprentices may need throughout their apprenticeship journey. You can then be confident your team have all the tools required to succeed in their apprenticeships!
Math & English qualifications may need to be included in to an apprenticeship dependent on the prior attainment of each apprentice.

A dedicated business development officer will be assigned to you from first enquiry and will support you throughout.
On-Site Accommodation
If accommodation is required for your apprentices in our block programme apprenticeships; Reaseheath Apprenticeships can offer quotes and arrange for your apprentices to be accommodated in one of the 900 rooms across the campus.
Regular Performance Reviews
Once on programme you can expect to receive regular reviews about your apprentices from our team of experienced, industry qualified trainers & assessors.
