As a budding entrepreneur, our T Level in Management and Administration will help you to develop the skills to spot a winning business opportunity and the know-how to grow your vision by understanding the needs of your consumer. Independent study projects will help you to recognise your strengths and interests while building self-confidence in your own abilities.
On our Business, Tourism and Events course you will learn about tourism and how important it is to the UK economy. You will find out about many different examples of organisations within the industry and ways in which they have to react to new developments economically, socially and politically at home and around the world!
Your studies will be enriched (as will your CV) through a range of volunteer opportunities, work-placements and access to industry throughout your course.

“I’ve always wanted to work in events management and I think my Level 3 Diploma prepared me really well both for my degree and for my current job.
“You study a broad range of subjects and have lots of useful experiences such as running a fashion show and helping with market research at big external events.
“Thanks to the flexibility of the degree programme I was able to work part-time at Rowton Castle alongside my studies, and I was appointed Assistant Manager there just before graduating.
“I love my job because every day is different. We’re a popular wedding venue and I enjoy building a rapport with the bride and groom and making sure that their day is really special.”

Industry view

“As a group of creatives we work closely with the events management students from Reaseheath, who organise and help us to run our Christmas Artisan Market. We outline our basic requirements and they in turn make further suggestions which we take on board to improve the event year-on-year. We are always amazed at how quickly the students learn new skills and how helpful, willing and enthusiastic they are.”
