The Complex
The complex incorporates all of our facilities that are available for hire. The complex can potentially be used by:
- Fitness instructors who may want to hire the studio
- Teams who may be interested in hiring the 4G International Rugby Standard floodlit pitch, MUGA, grass football pitch, or sports hall
- Individuals who could potentially be interested in hiring out one court e.g. for badminton
The Studio
The studio will be available to hire at an hourly rate (TBC).
The studio can be used for a variety of fitness and exercise base classes. Initially we are looking to hire the facility as a whole to external instructors who may want to run their own session. This would be at an hourly rate for the facility and they will be responsible for the bookings of participants.
Sessions that an individual could deliver include spin (we will be getting a fleet of 10 top of the range spin bikes), kettle bell sessions, dance sessions, circuit sessions and functional movement based sessions, to name a few.
The Sports Hall
The sports hall will be available to hire at an hourly rate.
The sports hall is a four court sports hall, which means that it has for badminton courts. It complies with NBA, England Netball and FA regulations.
The sports hall is available to hire for number of different sports. This facility will be available for hire by local teams and groups wanting to take part in team sports predominately. Activities that can be played in the sports hall include badminton, volleyball, netball, handball, futsal, indoor football, indoor hockey, basketball, table tennis and indoor tennis.
MUGA
The MUGA is a multi-use games area and is designed for recreational play.
This facility will appeal more to the recreational part of the community, and can be used for activities such as small sided football games and outdoor tennis. Please note that this does not comply with any MGB regulations so competitive sport cannot be played on this facility.
Football Pitch
The football pitch will be available to hire at a rate TBC.
This pitch is only available for football purposes. This facility is available for match day fixtures, preferably not for training purposes due to damaging the pitch.
International Size Rugby Pitch and 4G Facility
Our international size rugby 4G pitch is available to hire at an hourly rate (rate TCB). You can either hire the full 4G or half of the playing surface.
The pitch is international rugby standard and has rugby markings as well as rugby posts with protective covering. The pitch is also available to hire for football. There are a variety of football nets available however there are currently no football markings on the playing surface.
Please note this is a delicate playing surface and is only to be used for sporting activities, any goalposts on this facility are not to be removed.
