Further to Government advice regarding social distancing in order to reduce the risk of transmission of coronavirus, Reaseheath College has made the decision to hold some job interviews and assessment centres remotely, via Microsoft Teams.
We will continue with our recruitment processes as normally as possible – vacancies will continue to be advertised and candidates should be able to apply as normal. Managers will shortlist applicants and those shortlisted will be contacted, along with communication to those who did not get shortlisted.
Initial email or telephone contact will be made with successfully shortlisted candidates, with the intention of inviting people to interviews and assessment centres either remotely via Microsoft Teams, or on site. Where candidates are invited on site, full adherence to the current Government guidelines regarding Coronavirus will be expected by both the staff interviewing and the candidates.
The Human Resources team are working as normal and will continue to support the recruitment process as much as possible through these challenging times.
