We are looking for a self-motivated and highly organised Business Administrator to run an efficient and comprehensive business support service.
Each day varies, so you need to be flexible and have the ability to effectively manage competing demands and prioritise effectively.
Responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support to the Training Manager
Maintaining electronic people records
Coordinating recruitment processes
Administrative support on financial processes, such as expense claims, invoice payments and payroll
Taking a lead on ensuring staff complete all required annual assessments
Organising meetings, booking venues and minute taking
Providing support to the marketing team in booking shows and organising staff to attend
Providing administrative support on HR processes, such as monitoring and updating policies, procedures and the staff handbook, ensuring information is up to date and complies with legislation.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Level 2 Maths and English or equivalent
Knowledge of setting up business processes and systems
Knowledge of Microsoft packages
Experience of working within a training organisation or educational establishment (desirable)
Experience within a Human Resources role (desirable)
