Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management Practice for the Construction and Built Environment Sector

Are you looking to gain a thorough understanding of leadership and management principles which will help you to lead, supervise and manage staff in the built environment and construction industry?

Whether you’re a team leader, supervisor, foreman or site manager, this qualification will help you to develop the core skills you need to safely and successfully drive construction projects forward.

On this course, you will gain a solid understanding of the operation of construction projects and programmes, learn site and staff management techniques, manage and lead site safety and workplace behaviour, and develop skills to effectively lead, supervise and communicate to teams.

You will also gain a national qualification to support you in obtaining your Academically Qualified Person (AQP) card through the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS).

Sessions are likely to be three hours long on both Tuesday and Thursday evenings. On Tuesdays, you will undertake blended/independent learning and on Thursdays sessions will be face-to-face.
