Presentation of Awards: 24 – 26 June 2025

We are excited to announce that our annual Presentation of Awards ceremonies, which celebrate the successes of our final year students, will be held again this year on campus over three days from 24 June – 26 June 2025. We really hope you can join us!  

Once you have received your invitation from us, please secure your place via Eventbrite before Friday 13 June, by clicking the date of your ceremony below and completing the form online. 

Schedule of Ceremonies

Ceremony starts 3pm. Please arrive one hour early.

If you do not request your tickets, we will assume you are not attending and will therefore remove you from the seating plan.  

Once you have selected your ceremony from the links above, you will be taken to Eventbrite to complete the following steps:

  • Select 1 ticket and add the details of the student attending
  • Select if you are bringing guests, then how many (maximum two guests per student)
  • Please indicate if you have any special accessibility requirements when ordering your ticket
  • Click ‘Complete Registration’
  • Finally, click ‘GO TO MY TICKETS’ and you will be taken to a page where you can print the confirmation – students do not need to bring their ticket to the event, but guests will need to show their PDF ticket on arrival

Ceremony venue and start time   

The Presentation of Awards ceremonies will take place on campus.

On arrival, please park in the main car park (entrance 1) and make your way to the main lawn. Here you will meet your tutor and be taken down to the ceremony.

All guests must be seated at least 15 minutes before the Presentation of Awards commences at 3pm. The ceremony is approximately a 5-10 minute walk from the main lawn so please allow ample time.

All ceremonies start at 3pm. We keep ceremonies to 2 hours maximum.

Tea, coffee and juice will be provided before the ceremony for you and your guests in a marquee on the main lawn.

If you wish to have lunch with your guests before or after the ceremony this will be available in the dining hall from 12.00pm until 1.45pm and is payable on the day. Please note we are a cashless campus.

Award winners will be invited back to the main lawn following the ceremony to have their photograph taken by the Marketing department. Photos and videos will be taken during the day so if you would not like to be captured on camera please let a member of staff know.

This is an important public occasion for you and the college, and there will be many employers and other notable guests present, so please dress smartly for the ceremony (jeans and t-shirt are not appropriate for this event).

We are looking forward to welcoming you and your parents/carers to celebrate the end of what we sincerely hope will have been an enjoyable and successful time at Reaseheath College.
