What qualifications do I need to start?
- Typically 4 GCSEs at grade 4 (including Maths and English), or a Level 2 qualification in a relevant subject
- Some experience of gym-based exercises, including free weights, is highly recommended.
- A degree of physical fitness due to physical exertion on the course
