Lamb Butchery Masterclass

Come and join our master butcher Gary who will take you through how to prepare a whole Reaseheath Lamb, raised & reared on the college farm.

Gary will take you safely through all the techniques needed to produce traditional and specialised cuts of lamb, he has got many recipes and ideas to share with you, suitable for all levels.

You will learn basic Knife skills, Carcass break down, preparation, display and storage with the best part cooking idea’s, Gary has some great BBQ tips.

You will be able to take the lamb home that you have prepared to enjoy with family and friends.

These classes are running through the summer on a Monday 9am-4pm
