Directions to Reaseheath Zoo

Party organisers can get to us via the old College drive, opposite the equine centre off the A51 (Entrance 4) as you may have things to bring in with you (lunch/snacks etc). The postcode for this entrance is CW5 6DE. The barrier will be lifted so you can access the zoo half an hour before your party is due to begin. Head down the drive, the zoo is the first left turn, with the car park round to the right. You’ll be met in the Animal Management Reception area half an hour before the start of your party, and then the fun will begin!

Your party guests will be required to park in our zoo visitors car park, through Entrance 2 to Reaseheath College.  If guests follow directions to Reaseheath College, Entrance 2 is the first left turn off the B5074 (the road towards Winsford), there are signs directing you to the zoo from the car park here, its roughly a 5 minute walk to the zoo reception, where children can be dropped off and collected.  The postcode for this entrance is CW5 6DF.

If your guests require accessible parking closer to the zoo, please let us know so we can arrange this.

Zoo It Yourself Parties:

For Zoo It Yourself parties, you’ll have access to our party room in the middle of the zoo from 10am to 12pm, which you can use as a base, and to provide any snacks, lunch or cake that you would like to bring with you. We’ll provide a spotter sheet for all your guests.

Zoo Explorer Parties:

For Zoo Explorer parties running from 10am to 12:30pm, you’ll see you’ll see and work with the animals for the first hour and a half of your time, then you can spend the final hour having snacks and cake, enjoying the zoo, playing party games in the room, or anything else you have planned before the end of the session. Please suggest to your party guests that they wear clothing appropriate for the weather on the day, as well as footwear that can be easily cleaned, like wellies. Please no flip-flops or sandals as we may need to wash shoes after being in animal enclosures.

Keeper for a Day Parties:

For Keeper for a Day Parties you’ll see and work with the animals for a couple of hours from 10am, and then break for the lunch/snacks/cake etc. that you have brought with you, before the chance to work with more of our zoo animals before the session ends at 2.30pm. Please suggest to your party guests that they wear clothing appropriate for the weather on the day, as well as footwear that can be easily cleaned, like wellies. Please no flip-flops or sandals as we may need to wash shoes after being in animal enclosures.

We hope you have an amazing party – one you and your guests will remember!
