James Rayner

Research interests/specialism:

My research interests generally centre on equine nutrition and development, equine reproduction and equine sports performance however I am innately curious about most things equine. In addition to equine research, I have a high interest in developing teaching and learning styles when applied to equine education and delivering industry driven educational programmes and events to the equine community.

Hobbies:

My regular interests include socialising, teaching, dressage and volunteering at a variety of equine events around the country – I wish I had more time for anything else!

Christine Booth

Jill has had a long career in administration and management in various commercial sectors with the most recent prior to joining Reaseheath College being in private education.

Hobbies:

Jill’s hobbies and interests include reading and motorsports.

Sarah Jones

  • Supporting students on yard duties

Research interests/specialism:

I have a wide range of experience in the equine industry. I have worked on a variety of different yards including hunting, showjumping as well as riding race horses. I also compete for private owners. I have worked at a riding school/livery yard and schools as well as breaking and exercising young horses.

Hobbies:

I enjoy eventing my horse Hugo at BE100 level and have previously competed at the Badminton Grassroots Championships. I also compete in show jumping and dressage in my free time.
