General Overview
Tractors are essential for a wide range of agricultural and land-based tasks, but regular servicing and basic maintenance are crucial to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation. Neglecting maintenance can lead to costly breakdowns, reduced performance, and increased risk of accidents. UK health and safety regulations, including the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER), require that anyone operating or maintaining tractors is properly trained and competent. This course is designed to provide you with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to perform routine servicing and basic maintenance on tractors, helping you meet legal requirements and promote a safer working environment.
