Yes well behaved dogs are very welcome! There may be some restrictions in certain areas for example inside the Food Centre and the Reaseheath Zoo.

You will find water bowls for dogs dotted across the campus.

Can you bring alcoholic drinks?

No alcohol consumption is allowed on site.

Can you buy tickets on the day?

No. Pre-paid tickets only.

This is predominantly a cashless event however some activities incur a small charge so you may want to bring some change.

Some exhibitors will take both cash and card payments.

There is no cash machine on site.

Can you walk to the event?

Whilst ample parking is available, pedestrian access is also welcomed. Pedestrian access to the college is off A51 Chester Road (opposite our Equestrian Centre).

If you prefer to cycle, there is a secure bike shed on campus.

The Reaseheath restaurant is open and there are many catering outlets across the campus.

If you would rather bring your own picnic that is absolutely fine, why not sit near the Hall and enjoy your food beside our beautiful lake!

Carer / Disability Ticket Information

Do you offer free or discounted tickets for carers?

Yes. We welcome disabled visitors and those who require essential assistance. This ticket will be given upon entry after producing one of the below documents.

What proof do I need to show for a carer concession?

We aim to be accessible and non-discriminatory, so we accept a wide range of documentation. This recognises that not all disabilities are visible and not everyone has the same paperwork.

Accepted forms of evidence include (but are not limited to):

  • Disability Living Allowance (DLA) award letter
  • Personal Independence Payment (PIP) award letter
  • Attendance Allowance award letter
  • Carer’s Allowance award letter
