The Level 2 First Aid for Cats and Dogs is ideal for anyone working in a public environment, boarding kennels and catteries, canine hydrotherapy facilities, animal rescue centres, and dog walkers or pet sitters. It can also be undertaken by dog and cat owners looking to gain the knowledge to help their pets should the need arise. Learners will be able to provide safe and effective first aid to animals in emergencies until veterinary assistance is available. This course is Vetskill accredited.
