This course is designed to develop the digital skills of the beginner from the ground up and consists of 5 skill areas:

  • Using Devices and Handling Information
  • Creating and Editing
  • Communicating
  • Transacting
  • Being Safe and Responsible Online.

The course uses interactive elements that reflect real life situations to build both your skills sets and your confidence. Our Entry Level qualification is for learners who want to develop their digital skills and will give you the opportunity to:

  • demonstrate the ability to develop an appropriate level of digital skills to use digital devices and the internet
  • apply this knowledge and these skills in common situations
  • develop digital communication skills
  • gain a foundation for further study at Level 1.
