- Cover a small cake dummy with sugar paste
- Pipe royal icing shells
- Emboss board and use lustre dusts
- Make garrett frills and insert ribbon
- Make a variety of flowers and foliage using flower paste and wires
- Design a flower arrangement using your flower creations and wire a bouquet for your ‘cake’.
