This course is designed to develop the digital skills of the beginner from the ground up and consists of 5 skill areas:
- Using Devices and Handling Information
- Creating and Editing
- Communicating
- Transacting
- Being Safe and Responsible Online.
The course uses interactive elements that reflect real life situations to build both your skills sets and your confidence. Our Level 1 qualification is for learners who want to develop their digital skills and will give you the opportunity to:
- demonstrate the ability to develop manage and configure devices
- apply knowledge and these skills to organise, share and manage files
- become vigilant of online threats
- achieve a foundation for further study at Level 2.
